This actually started out as a joke. The Wandering Mage Chichiri (whose "blame page" is still at geocities) gave me the idea some time ago and I ran away with it. Sadly, it didn't take very well. ^_~

The basic purpose of this mission was to spread Nuriko through the web. A banner (see below) with a quote from him would be placed on various webpages to make sure people encounter Nuriko somehow.
